    The Baileigh RDB Square Tube Bender Die Set is designed for 1" square tubes with a 3" centerline radius. It is compatible with most Baileigh Industrial rotary draw benders, except the RDB-050, and the Edwards HPST2375 Rotary Draw Bender. The die set is made from 1018 billet steel and features a split die top cap with release handles for easy material release, along with a welded open-side hook arm for easy tube insertion and removal. Optional hardened dies are available for heavy wall bending.

    • 1″ Square tube die set with a 3 Inch Center line Radius.
    • Fits on all Baileigh Industrial rotary draw benders that accept drop on tooling (Not RDB-050).
    • Centerline radius is based on .049″ wall thickness.

    ***Also fits EDWARDS HPST2375 Rotary Draw Bender with Powerlink Source***

    • 1018 billet steel forming die
    • Non-proprietary spindle bore
    • Rectangle die configurations available at request
    • Replaceable / Consumable counter die Plastic slide insert for counter die block
