    The Baileigh RDB Schedule 40 Pipe Bender Die Set, designed for 1″ round pipe with a 5″ center line radius, is compatible with most Baileigh Industrial rotary draw benders and the Edwards HPST2375. Made from 1018 billet steel, it includes replaceable counter die inserts and a welded hook arm for easy tube insertion. Optional roller assemblies and hardened dies are available for specialized and heavy-duty applications.

    FOR PIPE ONLY!

    • 1″ Round pipe (.840″ OD) die set with a 5 Inch Center line Radius.
    • Fits on all Baileigh Industrial rotary draw benders that accept drop on tooling (Not RDB-050).
    • Center line radius is based on .133″ wall thickness (Schedule 40).

    ***Also fits EDWARDS HPST2375 Rotary Draw Bender with Powerlink Source***

    • Designated pipe by green color
    • 1018 billet steel forming die
    • Replaceable / Consumable counter die inserts for counter die block
    • Welded / Bolted open side hook arm, for easy tube insertion and removal
