    The Baileigh RDB Schedule 40 Pipe Bender Die Set is designed for 1-1/2″ round pipe with a 3-3/4″ center line radius. It is compatible with most Baileigh Industrial rotary draw benders (excluding the RDB-050) and the Edwards HPST2375 Rotary Draw Bender. The die set is made from 1018 billet steel, features replaceable counter die inserts, and includes a welded hook arm for easy tube insertion. Optional roller assemblies and hardened dies are available for specialized applications.

    • 1-1/2″ Round pipe (1.900″ OD) die set with a 3-3/4 Inch Center line Radius.
    • Fits on all Baileigh Industrial rotary draw benders that accept drop on tooling (Not RDB-050).
    • Center line radius is based on .145″ wall thickness (Schedule 40).
