    The RAMS 24-28 Pittsburgh Machine with Power Flanger Attachment is a versatile tool for forming Pittsburgh seams in sheet metal and includes a power flanger for creating 7/32" right angle flanges on straight or curved pieces. It features a 1/2 H.P. electric motor, Torrington Needle Bearings, and hardened steel components for durability. The machine can produce three auxiliary profiles and comes with a heavy gauge steel cabinet. The Power Flanger has an adjustable auto-guide for precise operations.

    • We use Torrington Needle Bearings and hardened steel components throughout, 62 Rockwell.
    • This unit features outboard shafts to produce three auxiliary profiles, not offered by other manufacturers.
    • The cabinet and optional stand are heavy gauge steel with a Hammertone Green Finish.
