The RAMS-2010-K Roll Form Kit is designed to be used with the RAMS-2010 Crimper/Beader machine. It is capable of crimping and beading 24 gauge mild steel in a single pass and allows for fade-away crimping through an adjustable knurled wheel. The kit offers flexibility by enabling the removal of ogee bead dies, allowing for crimping only or the addition of auxiliary dies for deeper throat depth.
- Our Crimper/Beader machine will provide you with single pass crimping and beading.
- It also allows fade away crimping by simply adjusting the knurled wheel, no tools required.
- By removing the ogee bead dies you can do crimping only or add auxiliary dies such as deep throat ogee bead dies or our 1/4″ bead dies which will allow you to have a 4-1/2″ throat depth.
