    The Baileigh BR-16E-36EV Bead Roller is a high-performance tool designed for precision metal forming, featuring a 36” throat depth and a 16-gauge mild steel capacity. Powered by a 0.5 hp motor, it operates on 110-volt power with a variable-speed foot pedal for control. The machine includes adjustable forming depth, quick-release dies, and a material stop for consistent, straight beads. It comes with a ¼” round bead set and a .05" step roll set.

    • Bottom die can slide in or out to create offsets for a custom profile. Most other bead rollers on the market don’t have this capability.
    • Comes standard with popular ¼” round bead set and .05″ step roll set.
