The RAMS-2010-BD – 1/4″ Bead Die Set is designed to be used with the RAMS-2010 Crimper/Beader machine, which allows for single-pass crimping and beading of 24 gauge mild steel. The die set enables the creation of a 1/4″ bead and can be used for both crimping and beading by adjusting the knurled wheel without the need for tools. It also supports auxiliary dies for different applications, offering versatility in sheet metal work.

- It also allows fade away crimping by simply adjusting the knurled wheel, no tools required.
- By removing the ogee bead dies you can do crimping only or add auxiliary dies such as deep throat ogee bead dies or our 1/4″ bead dies which will allow you to have a 4-1/2″ throat depth.
