The Edwards Shop Press 40" Press Brake is designed to complement Edwards Shop Presses, enabling the fabrication of brackets, frames, pans, and tanks. It includes a 4-Way Die for forming materials into 90° angles. The press brake allows for repeatable bends with the addition of an adjustable back gauge, making it suitable for various metalworking applications. The package includes standard punch tooling, and it’s compatible with Edwards Ironworker setups.
Our adjustable Press Brake Back Gauge makes for easy set-up of repeatable bends. Simply bolt it up to the Edwards Ironworker Brake Tooling assembly or Press Brake Tooling for our 20 Ton Shop Press and 40 Ton Shop Press, and a simple hand crank glides the carriage backstop to your desired brake location.
