    The Edwards 10" Brake with 4-Way Die is designed for precise bending of materials, compatible with various Edwards Ironworkers, including 55 to 120-ton models. It allows bending of 1/16", 1/8", 3/16", and 1/4" materials to a 90° angle using the included four-way die. The setup is easily mountable, and repeatable bending is achieved with the Ironworker’s electric stroke control, making it ideal for fabricating brackets, frames, pans, and tanks.

    Precise, Repeatable Bends

    Brackets, frames, pans and tanks are just a few of the applications appropriate for the Edwards Brake Tooling. This length brake is designed to work with the 55 ton, 65 ton, 100 ton Deluxe, 120 ton, and 110-65 Elite Dual Operator Ironworkers. Brake Tooling includes a standard punch and a four-way die that allows for 1/16″, 1/8″, 3/16″, and 1/4″ material to be bent to a 90° angle. The bottom brake die is held with brackets that easily bolt to the mounting table. Repeatable bending is achievable with the combination of Brake Tooling and the Ironworker’s electric stroke control.
